Trade-offs Scenario
As part of the foundations of technology curriculum, students read about criteria, constraints, and trade-offs that are often made as part of an engineering project. This activity makes the three concepts more relatable by showing how we make trade-offs based on our own personal criteria in every day situations like shopping.
The Core Systems
This simple interactive was designed to give students an example of how the different Core Technologies operate in a real world situation: a NASA rocket.
Troubleshooting
This activity provided students a light-touch but hands-on way to explore how to troubleshoot technical problems.
